Beliken brewery tour on our own?

Hi, I searched and found a comment that this tour is not offered to the public anymore but only available with cruise ship excursions. Our cruise ship is not offering it (Carnival Legend) so I'm wondering if anyone else has any updates on this? We cruise in June 2014 (fyi). Thanks ahead of time!
