Possible to be at Lobster Alive but pay for kids to play on Boatyard toys?

Lobster Alive's beach looks a little more peaceful since the chairs and umbrellas aren't so close together. Is it possible to have our stuff there and pay for the kids to play on the boatyard toys and swing? Would that be too far apart to see them? Thoughts? Suggestions?

Lobster's Alive and Boatyard are close but not enough to watch the children at Boatyard from there.
