25% off 5-day cruise letter

We were on the Triumph in Galveston 3/24/14 during the oil spill when Galveston Bay was closed. My question is: Carnival compensated us with a 25% off future cruise for another 5-day cruise - I would like to book a 7 day cruise for our next vacation and was wondering if Carnival would consider some type of discount such as 20% off a 7-day or give us a dollar amount equal to what would be 25% off a 5-day. Any info would be appreciated!!
