I'm booked on the sail from Florida rate in a inside cabin, will they let me upgrade to a balcony under this promo. I can't get a hold of my pvp to ask, do I dare call the 1800 # and have them do it for me?

i think they had so much trouble with mine because I had this $10 obc from a price drop and they couldnt figure out what to do with it.

Call the 800# to change to a balcony, they will look up your booking # and make changes for you. I have done that before and it works.

We went from an interior to a balcony yesterday, we got our assignment today, Dream 8217. We are pretty happy with that room.
