syesmar Posted April 29, 2014 #4 Share Posted April 29, 2014 (edited) I know you'll find lots of helpful info on the recommended Thread, but I wanted to chime in and say you will love Schwerin! We went last year and we had such a fun day there. We were in port at Warnemunde, took the train to Schwerin and then spent a little time in Rostock before heading back. For us, it was easy by train. Here's the website for the castle (schloss): http://www.museum-schwerin.com/ I recommend ordering brochures and info from the German ministry of tourism. It really helped me plan in advance. Can't find my link now, but I found it online. Happy Travels! Edited April 29, 2014 by syesmar
