I know it's early, but anyone else going or thinking about it? I booked last week. Many suites and the good staterooms are gone. Currently going solo. So I booked early to get a good fare for a balcony room.

At first I thought, OMG!!!!....(s)he's going to miss the ship, as we're sailing THIS YEAR and the sailing is on Nov 1, in 2014!

I saw the tread for your sailing and I wish I could go this year, but I can't. Well if you like it enough, come aboard again for 2015. When I tell friends about it they ask me is it a gay cruise. I say whenever I board a ship, its a gay cruise.

My partner and I rarely book things a year in advance, but some great guys we met on a Transatlantic last year booked this cruise. So there will be 9 of us in our little group going. 7 from England and we're from America.

I'm coming, I'm coming, on the cruise that is!;). I just booked today, thanks in part to the lowering of the fares and making it more affordable for me. As I travel as a single usually, I need them to be kind to their "Elite's". I know, who is this Queen? I am Howard from sunny Fort Lauderdale and this trip, my 20th transatlantic on Celebrity, I'm hoping to have a room mate, don't ask me why. He suggested it and I said yes, that's why.

 

Has anyone decided to stay in Civitavecchia before the cruise? How about a transfer from Leonardo Airport?

 

Hope there's more of us. There's certainly a huge group on the other board.

Hey there. Welcome to the cruise and I am certain we are going to have a fab time. While this will be cruise 20 overall, this will be by first transatlantic ocean crossing. I am in the Washington, DC area and really looking forward to this trip. Arriving into Rome on 10/29 and will get a car down to the port on 10/31. Their was another thread some guys who say they will be onboard. At first I was doing this solo, but a friend as since joined in.

Arriving in FCO from Toronto at 10:55 on Saturday morning (yeah, we know it's risky).
