Rare Gardyloo Posted April 28, 2014 #2 Share Posted April 28, 2014 Looking for the cheapest route to get 9 people from Sea tac to Princess Pier.Any help greatly appreciatedI'd book 3 towncars or 3 cabs, which will probably be cheaper on a per person basis than a shared or chartered 10-passenger bus. Each vehicle will be around $50, so around $16 per person, v. $19 on the Shuttle Express scheduled service. Faster and more comfortable, too. mapleleaves Posted May 1, 2014 #4 Share Posted May 1, 2014 Stila Town car and Yellow Cab have the airport contract so they always have vehicles in the airport garage. Call and ask for a quote. Other companies can pick up and drop off passengers with a reservation .... they just can't drive by trolling for passengers. http://www.portseattle.org/Sea-Tac/Parking-and-Transportation/Ground-Transportation/Pages/Taxis-and-Limos.aspx http://www.flatrateforhire.com generally has the cheapest rates. I've used them a few times now with good success. Their rates are online. As gardyloo suggested, a cab or town car will probably be cheaper than a than a private van service. But get prices from Shuttle Express and Seattle Express to see for yourself. Maybe post back with your results to help others ......

Dan G Posted May 6, 2014 #8 Share Posted May 6, 2014 I'd book with shuttleexpress.com and price out an exclusive van. As a per person price I think you'll find it very reasonable.
goncruzn Posted May 7, 2014 #9 Share Posted May 7, 2014 (edited) I have a group of 8 needing transportation from Sea-Tac to our downtown hotel and I just got off the phone with Shuttle Express and was quoted $103 for a 10 passenger van. It's a flat rate; you need only allow for gratuity as extra. They are more expensive for the return from Pier 91 to Sea-Tac so we might use EastSideforHire/FlatRateforHire as their prices were better. We'd have to divide up into 3 cabs, at a total rate of $105 for all three. Edited May 7, 2014 by goncruzn
