I am fairly new to P&O but have had one cruise with them and have today booked another. Every time I log into my online account I am told that the password does not match. I then request a new one, use it, change my password and it tells me that the password does not match! Any clues anybody? It's driving me mad. By the way, I do cruise a lot with Celebrity and RCI and use their online accounts with no problem so I am not completely stupid although I feel it today!!

Hi. I had a similar issue. Try clicking on create new account and enter your existing username and password. I did this and it bought up all my existing details etc and I've no problems logging in since.
