samzgirl84 Posted May 6, 2014 #1 Share Posted May 6, 2014 We are new yo RCI. Is there such a thing as a Specialty dining package? What is it exactly? How much does it cost? How do you get one?
MADflyer Posted May 6, 2014 #2 Share Posted May 6, 2014 (edited) Dining packages are offered and pricing varies depending on ship and sailing. The number of restaurants included varies by ship and the pricing is related to the individual pricing and usually offers a 20% or more discount on what the venues would cost separately. If you go to your 'Cruise Planner' after selecting you reserved cruises from 'My Cruises' and then select 'Specialty Dining' current pricing and availability for your specific sailing will come up. These packages are subject to change and can be added or removed from availability at any time. All packages require booking of only one venue at time of booking and all other venues can currently only be booked when onboard at any of the specialty restaurants for all venues. Chef's table package varies from $105 and $120 and includes the Chef's table and 3 or 4 additional restaurants depending on ship. The other dining packages usually include Chop's booked at time of booking and 2, 3 or 4 additional venues depending on ship. Pricing can vary from a very low $50 up to $95. (Total venue 3 to 5 dinners) Edited May 6, 2014 by MADflyer
lawgirl Posted May 6, 2014 #3 Share Posted May 6, 2014 Hello. Not sure if dining packages are back online. I heard they took them off because of restaurant price changes -- my cruise, which leaves in 7 weeks, does not have one offered online. So, I will have to wait to see if they offer it onboard.
