Special Event - What to expect?

Just booked our first cruise on Azamara for a year from now. When booking the rep asked our TA if we were celebrating any special events and the TA said YES! - a birthday for me and retirement for my wife. Agent said that because our cruise had two days at sea, we would be given two special treats on these days. Needless to say I'm pleased with this good service from the agent and TA. But what special treats might we expect?
