We just upgraded to a 2 bedroom family suite on deck 11. Does this give us access to The Haven? Does this also provide priority boarding or anything else? I know we have concierge services but wondering what else. I spent so much time on the phone today with NCL, I forgot to ask more questions. :o

Hi

It does not provide Haven access, but you will have priority boarding, tendering & disembarkation. You will also have butler service with daily snacks and access to Cagney's for special breakfast & lunch. The suite life is fantastic, enjoy it.

We had a two bedroom family suite on the Jade on a Med cruise we took with our grandkids a few years ago. It's still the highlight trip of all our cruises.

 

Cagney's for breakfast and lunch is the best perk, and you will have that. You also have Butler and Concierge service. The Butler takes care of anything you need in your cabin - snacks, in cabin meals, help with coffeemaker, menus for all restaurants, laundry, etc. The Concierge will help with anything you need outside of your cabin - restaurant reservations, special seating in the main showroom, early access to the chocolate buffet, help with excursions, priority disembarkation, etc.

 

You will not have access to the Haven, except one evening the Captain will hold a reception in the Haven for all suite guests, and you will be invited to that.

 

Don't worry, Haven or not you will feel like you've been inducted into royalty!

That is held in the nightclub now and not in the Haven.

I thought I read this but who knows....is soda included in the room? I know the coffee is but any other drinks?

No. Only GV and Owner's Suites receive complimentary soda.
