cold beer?

Has anyone ordered a beer package for someone who's going on a cruise? Was the beer cold?

The beer package includes a carnival cooler with 4 beers of your choice on ice. DW usually orders one for me every cruise! :)

I actually order it for myself every cruise and it has never been on ice. Just the 4 beers inside the cooler no ice with the cups. But u can just take the 4 beers to the bar and exchange for cold ones. I just ice it down right away and go get a cold beer at the bar. It's not like I'm not gonna order more anyway.

I've ordered one on the past two cruises. Both came without ice, but I placed one in the fridge, and it got cold after a night in the fridge. As noted, you can swap a warm one out at any bar for a cold one without a problem.

I just spoke with DW and she says that mine have always been on ice because she requests it that way. :p:cool:;)

The Bon Voyage package with the bucket of beer in the Carnival cooler is about $45 I think (Again, I have never ordered one but DW has and I think I remember her saying it cost something around that amount.
