Upgrade promotion

I live in NJ and just heard a radio commercial for a cabin upgrade promotion. Could this be the next offer after the BOGO and the commercial was mistakenly aired early.

I've been looking at the Breakaway in September but was waiting since the bogo didn't work for me.
