I and many others have purchased these and used successfully on the Epic. We just took the vouchers to the casino manager who issued a card with the $50play on it for the machines. Good luck.

Yes, they work just fine.

 

BUT - you must remember to print the email out and then remember to take it to the casino.

Just used 3 of them on the Dawn. For 3 people. Very easy to use. Just make sure you follow the instructions they give you. If any doubts one of the casino employees will help. All 3 of us made money on the coupons on the recent cruise.
