Is the BAGS Program/Getaway

Recommended Posts

Really? No one know if the BAGS program is available on the Getaway? Come one.....lets pretend this is about tipping or sneaking booze on board....

Why don't you start off by taking a few seconds to tell us what the acronym BAGS is?

From another cruiser who knows nothing.

Not a clue - its where they take your luggage from the ship and send it directly to the airport.

Sorry, I thought "BAGS" was an acronym; you are writing about a "luggage program".

Sounds like a good idea, but I have not heard of it.

I always take advantage of the "BAGS" type of program whenever we can. It makes life so much easier when heading back to the airport.

I was on the May 3rd Getaway sailing. Unfortunately, we were not offered this program. Only the typical option where you can carry off your own bags and disembark early.

Hopefully, they'll have the program soon!

PS. It's an awesome ship and we had a FAB time!

Do you have to be flying out of Miami? We are planning to fly from Fort Lauderdale.

Here's another CC thread with more the read:

Post # 2 includes a PDF file with BAGS form.

Maybe it would be easier for you, if you could get the Captain to "park the boat" in FT. Lauderdale.:D j/k

If it's DH, he's a piece of work. I ignore anything he posts.
