jrose41 Posted May 13, 2014 #1 Share Posted May 13, 2014 We are doing a post-cruise day and a half in London with my hubby, two little girls (under five) and my parents. We will have several luggage pieces plus their stroller and booster seat. I am thinking of private car or taxis to take us to London. I am not keen on doing the train or bus as we have so much luggage plus our stroller and I don't mind paying more for convenience especially with two energetic little girls that like to run all over. Anyone with little ones have gone this route? Thanks!
eandj Posted May 17, 2014 #2 Share Posted May 17, 2014 No little kids, but we and LOTS of people do the private car right to London. It is very convenient and with the size of your group will be cost efficient. Lots of recs here. If you check your roll call you might even find a few more that will share a large van for 10 or 12 and save on the costs.

Anyone with little ones have gone this route? Thanks! Have a look at aquacars.co.uk. Took them back and forth from Southampton to London for GBP75 each way. Very good service indeed. For your family and luggage, you will need a larger vehicle that will no doubt cost more. Check them out and send them an e-mail. May be worthwhile. Good luck...
