What's your favorite activity ?

Dear Wife & I both love the more personal things on a cruise, like sitting on a bar stool above the Pool, looking back at the ocean. We usually get to know the barman at this bar, ie. his name, where he comes from, and try to learn some words from his language, if he is foreign (Our last barman on the Celebrity Millenium) was from Bali, Indonesia.

 

On the Celebrity we learnt how to make lei's, do the hula, learnt the words of the song, and took interest in the Hawaiian culture & history.

 

We do the same with waiters in the main dining room, learning their names & bit about their country.
