I'm looking forward to using the laundry service mid-way. I am taking limited amount of clothes and will have 2+ days of laundry with me by the time I get settled on the ship. It will beat having to pay for overweight or extra bag

My experience on the timing when I send out a bag:

I leave the bag on the bed when I go to evening cocktails, then dinner. Normally, it's back by the next afternoon; if not then, when I am at dinner that night. I think that is great service!

We would send out a bag in the morning and have it back the next morning.

Just got back from the Noordam and I did one bag of laundry during the trip, it was $30, it was a lot of clothes and it was back the next morning, on hangers, except the underwear which was wrapped in paper in a basket. It was a great service, especially if you tack on days before and after the trip and don't want to waste time doing your own laundry.

It's settled will do the laundry most likely by the bag. Thanks for all your valuable knowledge, as I only was on one cruise before this next one, and it was only 7 days from my home port suitcase weight and the amount of clothes needed wasn't an issue. This time 20 days out of the country made me want to explore my options.
