Best day to go to Portofino's on VOS Western

Can someone give me an idea of what day is the best to go to Portofino's. From what I've read the first Saturday and Thursday are the formal nights so I don't want to miss them. Or if anyone has recent copies of the menu's that would help also. Thanks!!!

When you get onboard go to the dinig room and ask the Head waiter to show you the dinner menus for your cruise. After you decide go right up to Portofino's and make that reservtion.
