There are tons of recs on previous threads here. Or you can use stay123.com and parksleepfly.com to see which offer what you need.Don't be attracted to the lowest cost as some of the hotels can be in a pretty seedy areas.

The hotels that offer this are nearer the airport. La Quinta East is popular for the moderate costs. The BLue Lagoon airport area has some nice chains in a pretty safe area.

Depending upon when you are cruising the downtown Hampton Inn Mary Brickell has been offering a cruise parking deal - expect to pay more than what airport hotels will charge.

NONE of the hotels offering these deals includes a shuttle back to your car :( - figure on about $13+ for a cab back to the Hampton Inn and $25-30 for a cab to MIA airport area hotels.
