Katakolon

I don't know how much a taxi is, however, Katakolon was one of the few Med ports were there were folks selling tours when we got off the boat. We had ours booked in advance so I can't comment on the folks selling tours in town.

We hired a taxi to take us to Olympia. You probably need about 2.5 hours including driving time and a quick look at the museum too. The site itself is really a pile of rocks. But they give you a map at the ticket office right outside the ruins. When you leave the ship, there is a lot about 100 yards away with a number of taxi's just waiting. We had 4 people and bargained a bit. Took us to the third taxi to get a good rate. I honestly don't recall the fee. Could have been 100 Euros an hour or 75, I just don't remember. Just bargain a bit until you are happy. We got a newer Mercedes E class that worked out just fine.
