Places to eat on the Conquest

Besides Renior, Monet, and the Point, what are all the different places to eat at on the Conquest. I just want to make sure I make it to all of them once. Any must have foods?

The deli makes great reubens! We ended up eating there almost everyday :) We also enjoyed the grill food and in the morning we ate on the lido deck...fresh omelettes.

Sur Mer (Fish & Chips, Fried Calimari, Hot & Sour soup) Every food station in the buffet area has different foods, so be sure and check all stations before you make a choice.

Don't miss Sur Mer - it's on Deck 10 above the buffet. (Just go up the stairs behind the dessert buffet in the main dining room.) We had wonderful bouillabaisse there, as well as a tuna dish. It was never crowded on Deck 10. I understand the fish and chips are excellent, but we never sampled them. Enjoy your cruise!

The Wok -- always a nice selection and the specialty coffee/pastry shop.

Try the afternoon tea on sea days.......check you capers for time/location.

the pizza is actually really good - my teenage boys ate it every day and every night, along with 24-hour soft serve ice cream. Those cooks just keep on making that pizza 24-hours a day and always smile!

The grill also serves terrific minute steak sandwiches. Try a double! I usually get this then walk to the pizzeria on the opposite side and pick up a Caesar salad.

That doesn't sound very appetizing! I recommend skipping the "buger" grill even if there's no line.

Like escargot and raw oysters, bugers must be an acquired taste. The burger grill also serves terrific hot dogs: big fat ones.

The Fatman's Favorites (in order):

 

(1) Burger grill (minute steak sandwiches to die for)

(2) Pizza (pizza 24-hours a day, has to be a fatmans fav...)

(3) soft serve ice cream (24-hour ...what else can I say)

(4) Sur Mer (Fish N Chips......a Fatmans health food...LOL)

(5) Room Service (again 24-hour, fatmen have to be ready at anytime for the hunger attack!!!)

 

Actually our trip on Conquest I failed to find any food that was really bad....Enough so that I am planning another trip on same ship in 2005...So the food must pass a fatman's inspection...LOL
