Hello , we are planning a cruise for 2015 , Europe/ Med. I really need advice on what I should do I planned on booking this weekend but now see the promotation 123 offered with a choice of 2 perks for our sailing my dilemma is we want to book Aqua and there are 2 hump cabins left that I would love to get either one . I also would like to go with a TA for additional perks first can a TA secure a cabin not on there website? should I put a hold on it on Sunday ? will I still get the perks that start Monday ? can I book and then transfer to a TA ? I am soooo very confused  have only sailed last Nov. with Celebrity any help is appreciated!

Either you or your TA can hold the cabin. If you know which TA you are going to use, it's easier if you let them hold it. If they aren't open on weekends, then hold it on the celebrity site and then let them figure out how to transfer your hold to them on Monday. In all cases, you will pay the price of the cruise on the day you book it, not the day you hold it.

Even if you book it today at today's rates and then next week they have 1-2-3 and you want to add it to this weeks OBC offer, you will have to pay next week's 1-2-3 price.

Probably the safest way to do this..and this is just my opinion...is to actually book the cabin now and get the combineable OBC offer. Then next week, you can decide if you want to cancel that reservation (no cost if in the uS) and book a new reservation....or you can just add 1-2-3.

No guarantees though....celebrity often has fine print that stop you from doing logical things.

You can put a 24 hour hold on any cabin on the X website. Then you can either book with X directly and you have 60 days to transfer your booking to a TA; or tell the TA you have a cabin on hold--they will tell you when to release it and they will simultaneously snap it up for you.

Sometimes the 24 hour hold is a bit longer than that. If you're really worried, put it on hold now, then release it in the AM and re-hold it again right away.

Only thing to add, read the fine print about booking then making the change when the new 1,2,3, is open. There are a lot of time the perk can not be added, yet other times they will. At this stage of the process you may want to wait till the 2nd when the perk is available.
