Does Carnival add more excursions later?

Looks like some of the excursions for my January 2015 cruise are up but not all? Unless they won't be offered. I don't see any dolphin excursions offered for our day in Ocho Rios. Anyone know if this is typical that all excursions may not show up at once and will be added later or is what I see a compete list of what we can choose from?

My cruise in March only has 4 listed so far and I know there are more to come!!

I just looked at the excursions today again and there are more listed than yesterday but still not for all ports.

A week ago the only thing listed for our Oct 25 2015 cruise had been FTTF. I checked to day after reading this thread and there are 21 excursions listed! I can finally see what the possibilities are.

 

Edit: Just checked and all that is showing is Freeport.

They are slowly adding excursions. I check every day. To get an idea of what might be offered, you can visit the list of general excursions on Carnival's website.
