Best Night for Chops - Mariner Eastern

I did a search and I am still confused - what is the best night to eat at Chop's? One thread I looked at said Caribbean night was Tuesday night, the other one Wednesday night.

 

Does anyone know?

We almost always eat there on the first night....the menu isn't really great in the dining room (except for key lime pie) and it is easy to get a reservation.

We always go to our table first to meet our waiter and tablemates and let them know that we will not be there--so they will not be waiting
