Advice needed, Royal Western Caribbean Cruise with non-divers

I am going on a Royal Caribbean Cruise that includes Labadee Haiti, Fallmouth Jamacia, Georgetown Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. I could probably find good dives on my own, but I'm traveling with my wife and three friends who are not divers. I'd love to find a way to dive and still be with them. The two things that come to mind are a beach dive near the port in Grand Cayman that also has snorkeling. (comments welcome) Also while I'm 6 for 6 at tender ports, I'm leery of scheduling my only dive at a tender port in case we have to skip it. I've read where there is diving at the Chanukaba (can't remember the actual spelling). It doesn't have to be a spectacular dive, I'm still a beginner with 3 dives under my belt. On my 2016 cruise it will be just my wife and I again and she doesn't mind being on a boat while I dive.
