Car rental at port in Marseille?

We will be docking at the port in Marseille which is far from the city. We would like to rent a car for the day to explore the coast and get out of Marseille. For those of you who have been to this cruise terminal, are there car rental agencies at this terminal? Or will we have to take a shuttle into the city first?

We have not been to the port in about 18 months, but there has never previously been a rental car agency at the port. We normally either take a shuttle into the Old Port and then walk to the agencies near the train station, or sometimes we can get a taxi from the port direct to an agency (many taxis will not do this short haul).

Second that. There is nothing besides a small stable/market of souvenirs.
