Bracarense Posted June 12, 2014 #1 Share Posted June 12, 2014 We've always looked for a cruise in the fjords and next year we find one that might be for us. But we are wondering if it's possible to enjoy such trip with a 4 year old or should we wait a few more years and just stay in a more usual destination like the Mediterranean... Thank you all. kasi1979 Posted June 12, 2014 #2 Share Posted June 12, 2014 I think with Fjords you mean Norway? I'd definetly go for it. Imho nature is much more kidfriendly than Mediterreanean Cities. Enjoy the cruise.
rebeccalouiseagain Posted June 12, 2014 #3 Share Posted June 12, 2014 Absolutely go for it! I did it with my then 8 year old and it was so relaxing. He only got off the ship once- he loved the youth program on board and decided to stay on. He does remember the beautiful "seven sisters" waterfalls. It was a win-win for us. We chose Celebrity and the youth program is awesome. If you can pry your child off the ship- there are lots of activities that would be of interest to a child. The ports are small and easy to navigate with a child.
