How long from Hell to Terminal?

It's about 9-10 miles. So depending on the time of day, probably 25-35 minutes. In my experience traffic tends to build up the closer you get to Georgetown and if it's close to embarkation time for many ships, the traffic will get heavier as everyone is trying to get back.

5.6 miles straight line .. you can check it out with Google Earth . . .

a little over 6 miles via the roads . . .

taxi will cost you in Cayman .... EVERYTHING will cost you in Cayman. And yes, if you wait until the last hour b4 your last tender ... the traffic can clog up . . .

Yes, leave plenty of time getting back to the tendor. Was on a late Carnival run excursion meaning we were back ten minutes before the last tendor and there was a line that was almost 45 long. Because of the delayed excursions we were fine, but certainly won't risk it on my own.
