Just renewed my travel insurance - phew!

I just got a reminder about my bank account linked travel insurance being due for renewal on july 10th. Oops I will be on a cruise then so I rang them as I have pre existing medical conditions. Same conditions as last year but a recently diagnosed enlarged heart. No treatment required and no symptoms but it cost me an additional £60 on the premium which they said would reduce next year as it will not have been diagnosed within 12 months.

 

Why do i write this? Just to remind everyone to check their insurance is up to date and you have told the insurance company about all your medical conditions.

 

Better to be safe than sorry ;)
