Pride of America restaurants

I was wondering what time do the restaurants open and close on The Pride of America? Are any open 24 hours?

Well I do know that dinner is served from 5:30pm until 10:00pm (although you won't be "kicked out" until midnight). The Cadillac Diner is open 24hrs on the PoAM. I'm not sure what time breakfast is served in the main dining room though; I assume it's probably served from 6 or 7am until 10am in the Aloha Cafe (buffet)
