Sushi on Enchantment?

I have only found one somewhat recent post on this, so I apologize if it has been asked before.

 

We are sailing on Enchantment on June 27 (first RCCL cruise - we moved to Tampa last year from the Midwest and are so excited to take our first "Florida resident cruise!") and are wondering where onboard we can find sushi. Any recent cruisers that know detailed info?

The only chance for sushi I can think of would be Windjammer in the evening. There's no Asian restaurant on Enchantment.
