Wondering how comps work on the Allure. I have about 1500 i plan to gamble with this week, wondering if its worth bothering trying to get rated? I don't need a hat or a t-shirt :) But if t hey have rewards on future cruises and such I would be interested ?

If you gamble long enough in their casino, they may ask you to join their VIP Club where you can get discounts on future cruises along with other perks. The key here is to gamble long enough to be eligible. You can also talk to the Casino Host and ask, what you can do to become a member.

If I remember correctly.

They are looking for at least three hours of play per day. Approximately $300-$500 per day. And they do monitor that very closely!

W.r.t Casino

You will get rated for slots in points, this will require seapass card to be inserted whilst playing.

 

Is that 1500pts or 1500$OBC?

 

Using Blackjack and Roulette as examples.

Rating at $50 per hand at blackjack and $25 a spin on roulette.

Remember to show your M- Life card before you start betting, if you have one.

 

I would also recommend introducing yourselves to the Casino Manager and Casino Host. That way they know you want to be rated and that you want to be tracked. You might even be given a VIP Casino Royale Card.

 

On Navigator last month, all tables including roulette had a swipe system on the table so your down bet or cash advance was tracked automatically.

So tracking and rating was IMHO more transparent.

 

Dependent on hours played and wager, you will accumulate points, which from our experience we use as OBC for next cruise

We have also used credit in the past for other things. Even a free cruise

 

Casino host will probably give you drinks coupons as well, redeemable only in the casino.

Bar staff are excellent and we always had a drink,in our hands, and we spend a lot of time in the Casino.

 

You can check your points on your card by inserting into any slot machine, these points will also earn you cash and gifts, aside from being for rating purposes.

By the cashiers desk there will be a list displaying what you can get.

T-shirts, cash, key-chains etc...

 

The best perk is 0% commission on all cash advances! Casino Manager or Host will need to put a sticker on your seapass card for this to be recognized.

But the cashier staff will soon get to know you

 

There are also Blackjack, Poker and Slot tournaments.
