On board credit

What is the easiest way to get your OBC credit in cash once you are on the ship? Also, if you have 3 different bookings with OBC's is there a way to link them into one booking and have the total of the OBC's go to that one booking number?

Hate to sound stupid but how does the kiosks work in terms of getting the OBC turned into cash?

You would withdraw cash from your account just like its an ATM(no fees)
