Breeze questions

Recommended Posts

Breezing through the Caribbean in just a few short weeks and I have a few questions I hope you folks can help me with.

1. Is there a cover charge or reservations needed for brunch at Punchliners?

2. Is the lunch menu at Cucina de capitano a full menu?

3. Is Cucina open for lunch on the day of embarkation?

Thank You.... Happy Cruising;)

1. Is there a cover charge or reservations needed for brunch at Punchliners?

- Brunch is in the main dining room and is not associated with any type of comedy show that we saw. I believe Carnival changes that. However, the brunch is delicious.

2. Is the lunch menu at Cucina de capitano a full menu?

- No, it is a build your own pasta bowl. You fill out a form with what you want (pasta, veggies, meat, sauce) and they bring it to you. They also have a lasagna option, and I believe a Caesar salad. However, there is no charge. There is a cover for dinner with the full menu and it is highly worth the $12 dollars. We loved it!

3. Is Cucina open for lunch on the day of embarkation?

Yes!

The Punchliner brunch in the dining room was discontinued quite some time ago. There still is a sea day brunch with no comedy. The comedy shows at night have drinks available but no food. No charge for the show but the shows, especially the adult shows, tend to fill up.

Thank you for the responses. So the brunch is only on sea days? Where is the brunch served on the Breeze?

Thank You

Yes. Only on sea days. On port days, the dining room will serve breakfast, but not lunch. The buffet will still be open in port, as will Guys & Blue Iguana cantina. On my sailing last year, it was the midship dining room that served the brunch or breakfast.
