A few questions for allure of the seas

Recommended Posts

We are going the first week of September. We will have our 2 kids ages 17 months and 4.

Has anyone used the babysitting service in room? Can we meet the sitters before hand? How do we book? Price?

Drinks? Is it worth the full package for both my husband and I? How much are piña Coladas? Mixed drinks? Are they good liquor?

Best place to eat? Either fine dining (if we get a sitter), and with our children.

Any good tips for me. We are super excited. We went on adventure of seas 5 years ago and no children. Just trying to get ideas before we go

Thanks so much:D:D

I have no children answers for you. ;)

Since your kids are with you, do you really think that you will be drinking that much? Including port days? IMO, just pay by the drink. :)

All of the specialty restaurants on the Allure are good.

Giovanni's Table would be best with the kids, I think. Unless you count Johnny Rockets as a specialty restaurant. ;)

We used to use the in room sitting when our daughter was much younger

Just ask at Guest Services and give them times and days you require a sitter

Would note there are limited sitters, so best to book as early as you can for desired nights.

It used to be $12 per hour back then, I believe it is now around $19 an hour.

Yes you do get to meet them beforehand as well, GS will inform you of who the sitter will be.

Hope this helps

Have a great cruise:)
