Concierge question

Recommended Posts

While you can email them, there´s no guarantee you will get an answer. I assume you have Concierge privilleges for your cruise. Some conciereges will answer you, others will concentrate on serving their customers on the current cruise and the next set of Pax coming on, but not deal with any further advance requests.

Really? I don´t see any changes there. Ever since they started this some Concierges would contact you about a week Prior to your cruise and some wouldn´t. It was like this from the beginning and it is like this nowadays.

The Change that happened IMHO is that nowadays everybody thinks as "me first" and with those emails being readily available all over the COncierges are swamped with emails from future cruisers requests and if they start working on them it will take away from their time which should be geared towards the passengers onboard and maybe those coming onboard next.

That makes sense.

Towards the end of most cruises, we have seen concierges busy at their DL desk writing up and printing stateroom letters for PAX on the upcoming cruise.

So, you should email your concierge early in the preceding cruise to yours to improve chances of him/her responding to your emails.
