Are my shoes sufficient enough for Dunn's River Falls?

Hello CC, I bought these "water shoes" not sure if these are water shoes or water socks but I would like to use them for Dunn's River Falls do you think these are meant for walking up slippery rocks? If not I have to find a different pair. TIA

 

Also I would like to use them in Cancun at Explor.

They will be fine.

Those will tend to fill with the small rocks and sand very quickly. You'd be better off with an "open" type shoe. Ask me how I know :o

I used the same shoes to climb Dunns River Falls years ago & they worked fine for me. Seeing those shoes brought back so many memories :).
