Port or Starboard for Italy/Greece cruise

I think either are fine. But depends on what you want. We were on X Reflection 11 night med last month in 1605 on Port side. Great spot. I will say that I thought in Istanbul and Athens I would have preferred a view on the starboard side. So in general if you want views of the of the port city itself port side. Views of the water/bay Starboard. But it all depends on how and where ship is docked. Could change from itinerary to itinerary.

Personally, I would do an aft balcony. We were on the Silhouette a few months ago and the sail away from the ports is breathtaking from your aft balcony. We toasted many of our ports as we sailed away with our new fellow aft balcony friends. Great way to end the day.
