Cancellation question.

How long before sail date do you have to cancel for no penalty. We are looking at some of the 2205 cruise options and are thinking of booking something for either summer or fall of 2005. Often times however things come up at work that require shifting vacation times. If I remember correctly, I can cancel or change up to 120 days before sailing date without incurring any penalty. Is that correct?
