There's no predicting prices. However, if you book now, you can get price drops (with certain exceptions) until final payment date.

Book early, in your case asap, then watch for price drops. That is always the best smart strategy, unless you are flexible enough to book last minute bargains; doubt that will be the case for a while with Quantum.
