Car Service FLL to POM?

We've used Larry's Limos several times. We have had excellent Service every time.

We have booked Larry's from the airport to the Port... I have never used a car service before..... How will Larry find us at the terminal? Do they call my cell phone or do they do like in the movies and hold a sign up for us?

And is it the same for the when we take the service back from the ship to the airport? Is there a special loading/unloading area at the port for car service pick ups?

Thanks...

They will confirm details when you make a reservation. It usually costs more for them to meet you inside the treminal -- faster and easier if you call them from baggage claim.

From what port to what airport? POM or Port Everglades? FLL or MIA?

Similar set up when you come off the ship - contact your driver via cell and he will let you know where he will pick you up.

We are flying into/ out of Fort Lauderdale ( FLL) but cruising out of Port of Miami... Our AAA travel agent suggested it and I am starting to regret listening to her.... But we booked it and will deal with it.

The trip is for a small girl scout troop and the moms.. and the girls wanted to get a REAL limo to take us to the ship...... So stretch limo there, and cheaper SUV for the return.

What great mom you all are! :)

The ride from FLL to POM takes about 40-45 minutes and the girls will love the stretch limo much more than any shared shuttle van -- depending upon how many passengers the cost difference should not be that much different.

Of course they'll love the stretch limo!!

Just be sure you verify that the limo or SUV will hold all your suitcases! There's usually plenty of room for people but not a lot for luggage.

Thanks.

We are doing a 3 day cruise and are limiting everyone to one carryon - so hopefully we will all fit ok......

The girls worked hard the past two years selling cookies and doing other fund raisers..... We came up a little short.... but for hotel the night before in Baltimore, airfare, cruise and limo everyone only has to pay $75.... We are very excited.
