hi can any one tell me how to find their obc before you get on the ship, we have obc but i cant find any reference to it on the set sail passes or guest booklet if there is a problem i would like to get it sorted before we go:confused:

If your OBC is from a travel agent, it won't show up on Royal's website or Royal documents.

 

If your OBC is from Royal, ask whoever booked your cruise for Royal's Guest Copy of your booking confirmation. Royal's OBC will show on that document.

My Travel Agent's invoice clearly lists both the TA's OBC and RCI's OBC. I realize that not all TAs do this automatically, but the TA should be able to provide you something in writing.

RCI could save themselves and their customers a lot of grief and staffing expense in their call centers if this type of information was available to view on their website booking dashboard. I guess we all have to dream once in a while.:rolleyes:

Here is an example on our booking confirmation

Removed all the other payment info OBC is towards the bottom before payment schedules.
