Yes they do. Google hotels in charleston with cruise packages and a whole list will come up.

We are staying at the Hampton Inn in Mt. Pleasant with the Park and Cruise shuttle... We are using our HHonors point for the room... There are many others around Charleston asvstated above...., doc

I've used the Hampton Inn Pleasant Point like the above poster twice. We liked the hotel and didn't have any problems.
