Don't forget the complimentary laundry and dry cleaning. That is one of my favorites. You may also order room service from the dining room menu during dining hours. Just let your Concierge know what you would like from the menu, and she will see to the order. Have a wonderful cruise, and welcome to the board. We are glad that you decided to join us.

You will have a separate check-in line for suite passengers at the port of embarkation. Just tell the person at the cruise terminal door that you are a suite passenger and they will direct you to the correct line.

You will receive a gold ID card (non PS and S passengers get blue cards). You show this ID card whenever you have to tender. It gives you priority. You don't have to go to a lounge to get a tender ticket. You just go right down to the gangway whenever you want to go ahsore if you are not on a HAL tour.

You will get a boutonnier and corsage to wear the first formal night.

You will priority diembarkation as well.

There will be a suite cocktail party either the first night of the cruise or the next day at lunch time in the Neptune Lounge.

There might be a fianl suite buffet on the last sea day.

You will get a free bottle of champagne upon embarkation - compliments of the captain and hotel manager.

There will also be binoculars and an umbrella for you to use during your cruise.

The concierge can do everything for you: take care of booking the Pinnacle Grill, make change, make shore excursions (turn your form into her/him), arrange parties in your cabin - you name it.

Enjoy your cruise.

We loved the Westerdam when we were on her. Our suite was very near the Neptune Lounge. So handy to get a quick continental breakfast or snacks for lunch. There are a lot of choices for breakfast - cereal, pastries, rolls, meats, cheeses, mueslix. All kinds of mini snadwiches served from 11 - 4 or 5 (depends on ship), cookies, desserts. Around 5 cold appetizers are put out.

Be advised that you are in an "S" suite and have use of the Neptune Lounge, but your friends who will be in an "SS" category will not have use of the Neptune Lounge.

Aloha & Mahalo to you as well.

We have been to the islands many times - beautiful.
