West Bay or Tabyana and transportation

Looking to snorkel at Roatan in December arriving from Carnival ship and it appears that West Bay or Tabyana may be the better choices as a private excursion. Can I please get some comments about the snorkeling at either and what the transportation costs will be? Also, if there is another choice, please provide that too.

Jerry/Patti, thanks for providing this. The transportation costs seem in line with what is stated as taxi fare. I will contact them to see if there are multiple departures back to the ship if we don't want to stay the full day.

 

Also, appreciate the snorkel map. It looks like a decent area size to snorkel.
