National Cruise Month

We are looking to book the Breeze 6 day in June of next year. I have been watching the prices and it never does change. I think its too early. I know last year in October it was National Cruise Month and Carnival offered reduced deposits, and an onboard credit. Does anyone know if this is done yearly? I know promotions change, but was wondering if when OBC are issued, does the price of the cruise go up? Thanks:)

They wont change this early. Wait until next March and they will start to change. If you book now on early saver you will get the changes as on board credit if you have completed paying. If not they will deduct from your fees. If you have obc and dont use it they will send you a check
