Cozumel - Allure in October

We will be on the Allure, Western Caribbean cruise. We stop at Cozumel during our sailing. We have peso's from other Mexican vacations. I know that we can use Dollars in Cozumel, BUT would it be beneficial to us to use Peso's instead of dollars???:confused: Please advise.

If the items you are spending them on is in pesos and you just want to get rid of them then that would be fine. The Mexican peso currently is valued at about $.76 US, so you have to decide the benefit to you of your purchase and what currency you use. But if there is change to be received, I would get it in $ US. :)

If you want to get rid of them sure.US dollar is worth more then peso.
