would also love to hear the answer, so i can book a dinner at portofino's (ahhh, tiramisu!) on the "worst" night (as if any of them are really bad, yeah, right!)

I am just curious to see what the 2 "extra" nights offer, since I have seen the standard 7 day menus and have been assured that the do not just repeat 2 days.....

I was wondering the same thing, but my understanding is that they offer 1 less entree from the 7day menu each night and split them to make up the 2 "extra" day menus. So in the end, they do not offer anything extra, just spread out their normal offerings to 9 nights.

 

FYI-When I was on my Explorer cruise last year, we had an unexpected extra day on the ship because of hurricane Frances. The menu for that night was the same as the first nights menu. The only thing the waiter told us is that they might not have enough of every entree so we might want to pick an alternate just in case. Luckily, we were the early sitting so we got what we wanted. BTW, everybody went to dinner that night casual since our luggage was still placed outside our cabins the night before.
