AFAIK there have been no changes to any of the showers on Equinox.

I have been on the Equinox twice and I believe the showers have always had the detachable hand held nozzle.

Indeed no changes to any of the showers on Equinox.

 

On the S-Class Ships there are essentially 4 categories to Showers

 

1- Insides, Oceanviews & Verandas all have the plexiglass shower pods... These classes have regular shower heads only

 

2- Concierge Class have the plexiglass shower pods... They have the fancier Hansgrohe's shower heads

 

3- Aqua Class have the plexiglass shower pods... And have the full blown Hangrohe's Comfort Shower experience (shower tower with jets - rain shower head - and hand shower wand)

 

4- Suites have Spa Bathrooms & Showers... So more amenities than the plexiglass shower pods offer
